if u file for 140, chances are that it will get approved before may 2007 is high. If u have an approved 140, you can get 3 year extension. If you seek extension based on labor, you will get 1 year extension. I recommend u to apply for 140 (if possible premium) ASAP. Even otherwise,you are fine to get an year of extension.

I got hold of a copy of the actual RFE and when I read closely, the above statement sounded alarming. Since the labor was filed in 2003, I was wondering what relevance June 26, 2006 has.

Pineapple, although I dont have a solution to your problem I can definitely say that something is better than nothing. The senate dont have a problem with legal immigration, as long it is legal. If we can get our EB provisions as a part of this bill, most of them will be happy. There will quirks that can apply to immigrants as well, but that has to be addresed by the part of overall nature of the bill.

I guess tricks isnt the best word to use, i have had photo courses, and have had the rule of thirds pounded into my head by many a teacher ;)
I'm more interested in the shortcuts and other features of the camera and settings. I know the basics of taking a good photo, but have a lot more practice.

Some people are getting an I-94, which will be valid for an year from date of entry!. Does that mean her parole status expires after one year of re-entry. If so, what should I do to extend it?

Filed 02/18 (law was passed 02/17) under premium, approved 02/24.

My PD is 1st Aug 2006. Am i IN or OUT?
As per VB:
The cut-off date for an oversubscribed category is the priority date of the first applicant who could not be reached within the numerical limits. Only applicants who have a priority date earlier than the cut-off date may be allotted a number.
They stress and bolded "Earlier Than" so i am not IN???? :confused::confused::(:(

i just noticed your post. i am from portland, oregon. so count me in also. i had posted a message on the orgon state chapter a while ago and have not had a single response yet. Inspite of the large numbers of members in seattle and portland areas, i too am sad to see to this kind of inactivity and non-response.

As long as the person married before I-485 was approved follow to join can be availed. it can even be used after I-485 is approved. In case of kids the birth has to be before I-485 approval.
The only problem after I-485 approval is that the dependents have to wait in home country for processing and cannot come to USA to file for AOS. It does not take as long as FB though.
Visa number availability is determined by the primary's PD and the visa bulletin published by Dept of State.

NIW 140 approved last year. EB1a 140 RFE/485 pending. Can I file a new 485 for NIW? or do I have to withdraw the pending 485 before filing the new 485?
